These terms govern your use of courtcrafted.store and any purchase you make from it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If something here is unclear, email support@courtcrafted.store and we'll explain.

1. Who we are

Court Crafted is a sole proprietorship registered in Faridabad, Haryana, India. In these terms "we", "us", and "Court Crafted" refer to that proprietorship; "you" refers to anyone using the website or buying from us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you've given us (name, address, phone, payment) is accurate.

3. Products

We try hard to show colours, materials, and dimensions accurately, but slight variations are normal — especially with fabrics and natural materials. Screen calibration also affects colour.
Prices and availability can change without notice. Once you've placed an order, your price is locked in.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders (for example, if we suspect fraud, if there's a pricing error, or if a product is out of stock), and to discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
A confirmed order means you've paid and we've sent you an order confirmation email. The contract of sale is formed at that point.
We accept prepaid orders only through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). Cash on Delivery is not available at this time.
If a product is mispriced because of a system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We are not obligated to fulfil orders at obviously incorrect prices.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

These are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under it. Tell us immediately at support@courtcrafted.store if you suspect unauthorised use.

7. Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

Break any applicable law.
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the site (other than well-behaved search-engine crawlers).
Try to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the site or its services.
Submit false information, place orders fraudulently, or use stolen payment methods.
Misuse promo codes, referral programs, or returns (e.g. wardrobing — buying with the intent to return after use).

We reserve the right to cancel orders, ban accounts, and pursue legal action for misuse.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the site — logo, brand name "Court Crafted", product photos, copy, design, and the look-and-feel — belongs to Court Crafted (or our licensors) and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not reuse it without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g. sharing a product page with a friend).

User-generated content (reviews, photos you post): you keep ownership, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it for marketing the brand, with attribution where reasonable.

9. Reviews and submitted content

We may publish, edit (for clarity, length, or basic decency), or remove reviews. We don't pay or otherwise compensate for honest reviews. Anything defamatory, off-topic, or abusive will be removed.

10. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes have an expiry date and conditions, both shown when offered.
Codes are usually one-per-order and can't be combined unless we say so.
We can withdraw or modify a promotion at any time; orders already placed under the promotion are honoured.

11. Third-party services

The site uses third-party services (payment, shipping, analytics, email). We're not responsible for their acts or omissions, but we'll do our best to help if something goes wrong.

12. Disclaimers and liability

We work hard to keep the site running, secure, and accurate, but we provide it on an "as is" basis. To the extent allowed by law:

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a product is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the order in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (lost profits, missed games, etc.).
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, personal injury, or anything else that can't be limited by Indian law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Court Crafted against any claim, loss, or cost arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

14. Force majeure

We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — natural disasters, courier strikes, government actions, internet outages, pandemics, etc. We'll keep you informed and refund where appropriate.

15. Termination

We may suspend or close your account, or refuse service, if you breach these terms. You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
