Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking, and supported wallets, all through Razorpay, which is RBI-regulated and PCI-DSS compliant. We don't store your card details on our side.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Not at launch. We'll add COD once we've stress-tested our packaging and returns flow. Prepaid only for now.
Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
If it hasn't shipped yet, yes. Email support@courtcrafted.store with your order number and we'll handle it. Once it's marked "Shipped", treat it as a return (see below).
Is GST included in the price?
Yes. All prices on the site are inclusive of GST. Your invoice will show the breakdown.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. A GST-compliant invoice goes out with your shipment confirmation email.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Across India, all states. We don't ship internationally yet.
How much is shipping?
Free over ₹1,999. Below that, a flat ₹99.
How long does delivery take?
1–2 business days to dispatch, then:
- Metros: 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 5–8 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email (and SMS, if you provided a number) the moment your order ships.
My pin code shows as non-serviceable.
Email us at support@courtcrafted.store with your address. We can sometimes route through a different courier; if not, we'll refund in full.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return window?
7 days from delivery. The bag must be unused, with original tags, dust bag, and packaging.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. One free exchange per order for a different size or colour, subject to stock. We cover the outbound shipping on the replacement; you cover the return shipping on the original.
How long do refunds take?
5–7 business days to your original payment method, after we receive and inspect the return.
Who pays return shipping?
Customer, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or wrong, in which case we cover it.
My bag arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email support@courtcrafted.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free pickup and a replacement or full refund.
Products
Will a padel racket fit your duffel?
Yes. Our bags are built around a 460mm × 260mm padel racket footprint, with room for a frame protector. Specifics are on each product page.
How many pickleball paddles fit?
Depends on the bag. Each pickleball bag's product page lists the paddle capacity (typically 2–4) and total internal volume.
Are the bags waterproof?
Water-resistant, not waterproof. The outer fabric handles light rain and the bottom panel is reinforced, but we wouldn't recommend leaving them in a downpour.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes. Every product page has full dimensions (L × W × H), weight, and capacity in litres.
Will you restock [sold-out item]?
Usually, yes. Sign up for restock alerts on the product page and we'll email you the moment it's back.
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout works. An account just makes re-ordering and tracking easier.
How do you use my personal data?
Only to process orders, send you order updates, and (if you opt in) send marketing emails. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Can I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
Anytime. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing doesn't affect transactional emails like order confirmations.
The brand
Where are you based?
Goa, India. We run the brand and ship every order from here.
Where are your bags made?
They're manufactured overseas at partner facilities we've vetted, then checked by us in India before anything ships. We hold stock ourselves rather than drop-shipping, so every unit passes through our hands.
Do you do wholesale or club partnerships?
Yes. Email support@courtcrafted.store with the subject line "Wholesale" or "Partnership" and tell us about your club, academy, or shop.
